Fasting was something Mu could do without much fuss. Bathing in cold water was also not too much of an issue. Air was something else entirely. Although having spent most of his childhood and adolescence living at the metaphorical roof of the world meant he could function as the air thinned, even he was beginning to notice an occasional dizzy spell.
