Meru scowled at Flynn, who had beaten her to the punch, with a high-pitchd whine she puts the hand not on the screen on her hip to show her disappointment, "Not fair! I was gonna press it!!"

Then she sees that the screen has changed from black and now has a new set of words displayed. "Ah-ha! MY TURN!" With a happy twirl, she quickly presses the button that has appeared before Flynn can react, allowing them to reset the life support system for their terminal.

"YAAAAAY! We saved everyone~~~!!" She happily sprints back and forth across the room, perkily twirling or hopping at each turn.
