The Doctor had opened his mouth to say something far different than when he saw the other creature appear in front of the young woman, but the sound of the zombies tore his attention away. He stood gobsmacked at what he saw, but the corners of his lips twitched into an impressed smile. Of course, he didn't stay to admire for too long. A second later, he'd returned to running, but he hadn't missed the glowing eyes of that other creature she'd summoned.

"Follow me!" he said. "I know a safe place!" And as he neared, he held his hand out to her, expecting her to grab on and join him as so many others had done in moments like this.
