"In Japan, it is custom to greet your neighbors when you move into a new apartment."
Characters: Fuu Hououji and Kamina
Location: Luministi Greens East, A5
Time: Thursday June 17, 10am
Summary: Fuu, being a proper neighbour, finally manages to catch Kamina at home so that she can introduce herself.
Warnings: none.
With a final check of her dress in the mirror Fuu left her apartment and went down two doors to A5. The name plate said "Kamina", no family name, and written in katakana. She wondered if he was really Japanese, seeing as the name was written in that style. (Truly, she didn't even know for sure that this person was a he. It was just an educated guess.)
She'd not run into him in town yet, and she'd never caught him at home in the evenings. So this time, prepared with a plate of fruit and some crescent rolls for brunch as a gift, she came in the morning instead.
She came to offer neighbourly greetings, and to learn more about her ally in this strange town. For anyone who had been summoned here - a 'New Resident' - was in the same boat as her. She might not be able to trust all the New Residents she met, but they were still allies.
With a bright smile Fuu rang the doorbell.

He took half a moment to regard the bow before his attention was completely stolen by the food. "You don't need to be that polite." He thought about it and jerked a thumb toward the nameplate. "It should say Kamina-sama. I'll take care of it later."
Taking the plate and turning on his heel in one movement, Kamina headed back inside, presumably choosing to leave Fuu at the door.
He called back a moment later once he'd decided where to sit and put the plate in the solarium. "Oi, come on in," he shouted.
