Time: A couple of days after the snow stops
Summary: Sundial investigation, and criminals ahoy.
Warnings: Violence, possibly blood/gore, possibly also swearing

Whatever changes the rest of Luministi had gone through, the park seemed reasonably unaffected. Maybe a little waterlogged, considering recent conditions, but he couldn't hope for the best conditions all of the time. And considering the message… it didn't quite seem clear, but Hawk suspected it would, and probably at the worst moment for it. Better to try to be prepared. Besides, maybe a show of what he did as practice would make some people think twice about starting something, if they were that way inclined, and this part of the park gave Hawk a good line of sight on anyone approaching.

Dave followed Hawke's direction with a sigh. "I blur in and out of sight, that's how fast I am." It wasn't a boast. Bro only left his shadow for an instance and Dave while not up to that level of mastery over flash-step arts, was close to it. With the addition of his time powers, he could warp from one point to another. "How about you?"

Hawk whistled, and grinned sheepishly. "I'm good, but I'm not that good. That's pretty amazing." If he looked like a shadow, he was usually standing still, or matching someone else's pace- a piece of shade moving about called attention, if they weren't careful. "I suppose that means a race would be rather pointless."
